The November Cover of W @ PreviewThis is the November cover of W, shot by Brad Pitt. As you can see, Angelina is breast feeding her baby. There's more where that came from inside the issue — which hits stands October 21 — also shot by Brad. Indeed, we appreciate that she appears stripped of the veneer that plagues magazine covers more often than it helps them. Don't get us wrong — we're sure this was Photoshopped considerably (just because all images in magazines are) but it's nice to look at a cover and not wonderhowmuchthinner they made its subject.CutAnd here it is! Angelina Jolie is seen breastfeeding one of her twins (Knox or Vivienne) on the November 2008 cover of W Magazine, as photographed by longtime partner Brad Pitt.The mother-of-six was photographed in mid-August in the backyard of their French Chateau. All of the kids — Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox — are said to appear in the spread, which hits stands on Oct. 21. There’s also a new interview with Angie and director Clint Eastwood talking about their new movie, The Changeling, at MTV.com.Parade also has a great interview where Angie talks about her ex-husbands: “I have two divorces behind me but I’m still good friends with both my exes, Billy Bob [Thorton] and Jonny Lee [Miller]. I’ve never had to deal with secrets from the men in my life because I’ve always married artists and they’re a very talkative and expressive bunch. I wouldn’t have it any other way.”Angie also talks about the twins to the German edition of Vanity Fair: “They’re totally sweet. They already have completely different personalities. Knox is more the quiet one, very relaxed, while Viv is a little more aggressive and loud. It’s funny. Knox looks more like Brad and Viv more like me.”JustJ
Behold, Saint Angelina, on the cover of W, breastfeeding. As you'll recall, this is the shoot done by Brad Pitt himself, with the fancy camera Angie bought him. Intimate? Yes. But perhaps refreshingly stripped of artifice? After the femme-bot Anne Hathaway cover, isn't it nice to see W do something without all the hair, makeup, lighting and PhotoShop? Jezebel
